Andre Gray has urged his Burnley side to maintain their focus when they face Bournemouth on Saturday.

The Clarets enjoyed a decent start to the season, recording wins over the likes of Liverpool and Everton, while they also battled to a 0-0 draw at Manchester United.

However, they have lost their last three matches to drop to 15th in the table and are now back to flirting with the relegation places.

The next few weeks could hold the key to their season, with Sean Dyche’s men set to play a number of their potential relegation rivals during the busy festive period.

Bournemouth are the visitors to Turf Moor on Saturday, a game the Clarets are 3.40 to win, with the draw also 3.40 and Eddie Howe’s men 2.20.

They then play West Ham away and then both Middlesbrough and Sunderland at home in three of their next four games and will need to show similar passion to which they displayed in their previous wins.

Gray has had to bide his time on the bench in recent weeks but could return to the starting line-up against the Cherries.

The 25-year-old has urged his side to show the same attitude and desire they demonstrated against the Toffees and the Reds, as he feels it could prove vital if they are to lift themselves away from the relegation places.

“Every game is key,” said Gray. “We’ve shown that we can play against the big boys as well.

We’ve just got to go in to every game with the same mentality and try to get as many points as we can.”
