Chelsea ace Eden Hazard wants his side to wrap up the Premier League title as soon as possible.

The Blues re-established their 10-point lead at the top of the Premier League standings with a relatively routine 2-1 victory over West Ham at the London Stadium on Monday night.

Belgium international Hazard was once again on the scoresheet against the Hammers and was pleased with the ruthless nature of his side’s performance.

“We played a good game – maybe not the best of the season but at least we created a couple of chances, scored two goals, and we won the game,” Hazard told Sky Sports.

Antonio Conte’s men, who could see their lead at the top of the standings reduced to eight points if Manchester City win their game in hand against Stoke on Wednesday, now have 11 matches to wrap up the league title.

Hazard is keen to secure glory quickly as he aims to help the west London club regain the title they surrendered last season.

“We are at the top and we want to stay at the top. We have 11 games to play,” he added. “We will try to win the title as soon as possible.

We want the title back at Stamford Bridge. This is our target this season.”

Chelsea can move a step closer to the Premier League title if they beat Stoke in their next top-flight match on March 18.

Before their trip to the bet365 Stadium, Conte’s men will face an FA Cup quarter-final tie at home to Manchester United.

The Blues are 1.44 to book their place in the semi-finals while the Red Devils are available at 2.63 to qualify for the last four.
